Account Management Responsibilities
The Water market is an essential market for VanderSat. E.g. in 2019 we have been awarded a prestigious project to provide satellite based evaporation data for the Dutch water authorities. We are aiming to service the majority of the Dutch water sector with all our services including soil moisture, inundation, and evaporation. Internationally we are working with a strong partner to provide our service to water authorities and governments anywhere in the world.
This means you will be in close contact with existing customers trying to fully understand their changing needs, and will target new customers by spreading the VanderSat value proposition. You love to be on the road, to give demonstrations, and you feel comfortable engaging with hydrologists and expanding your professional network. You are able to operate the market based on a well thought through strategy, and to manage an average sales cycle of 6 to 10 months.
